Portomaso, Malta.

The fully equipped kitchen includes 2 fridges, a microwave, dishwasher, and a separate utility room contains a washing machine, separate drier, and vertical deep freeze.  Take two steps down from the  open plan dining room and kitchen diner to be in the sitting room with a large balcony overlooking the marina and the Mediterranean as far as the eye can see.

There is a family bathroom, including bath and shower, and a third, separate WC.

Satellite and cable TV are both available in the apartment, and a large underground car park is underneath, with reasonable daily rates.

Within walking distance of  the property, St Julians and St Andrews Bays offer safe swimming and water sports, as does the Hilton complex (5 minutes walk). 

The Hilton hotel forms part of the Portomaso complex.  The famous Blue Elephant Thai restaurant is based in the hotel along with several other fine dining spots.  The marina houses yet more superb restaurants including a Japanese, Italian, Brazilian and Chinese.

Portomaso has its own top quality supermarket, Arcadia, in the complex which has easy access via the internal lift system of the apartment block.

The centre of Malta’s nightlife where nightclubs, restaurants and bars are in abundance, is within a 15 minute walk from the apartment at Paceville, where the young and beautiful parade!

The flat has 2 casinos close by, and is 10 minutes walk from the 5-star Intercontinental, Corinthian, and Westin Dragonara hotels.
